I work on the client’s side and assemble the right team for each project — from design and cost estimation to contractors and opening day.
Who comes to me
I step in at moments when a mistake in choosing a space, approving an estimate, hiring a contractor, or launching a site can cost too much — in money, time, and nerves.
  • Evaluating a space
You want to know in advance whether the property fits your concept and what risks it carries before signing a lease or starting work.
  • Preparing for fit-out and launch
You need a professional review of the estimate, the contractor, and the realism of the plan before work begins.
  • Launching a site
You need a client-side project manager to guide the fit-out without overpayments, weak oversight, or organizational chaos.
Ways I can help
Services — three formats depending on your stage
Pre-lease / pre-renovation site audit
When you need it:
You're considering a space and want to understand upfront whether it suits your goals and what risks exist before signing and starting work.

What's included:
  • Assessment of the engineering condition and factors affecting investment
  • Identification of technical limitations and problem areas
  • Analysis of factors driving budget, timeline, and execution complexity
  • Recommendations before lease signing and start of works

What you get:
Lower risk of committing to a space that will later demand extra spending, rework, and complicated fixes.
Estimate & contractor review before kickoff
When you need it:
he space is chosen and you need an independent view of the estimate and the contractor's proposal before renovation starts.

What's included:
  • Review of the estimate for completeness, logic, and potential markups
  • Identification of gaps and likely future change orders in the contractor's proposal
  • Comparative evaluation of contractor bids
  • Recommendations before signing the contract and starting work

What you get:
More control over the budget before work begins, and lower risk of overpayment.
Renovation & launch supervision
When you need it:
You've taken possession of the space and need a client-side project manager to coordinate contractors, deadlines, quality, and key decisions.

What's included:
  • Client support on key fit-out and launch matters
  • Contractor coordination on schedules, tasks, and stage readiness for acceptance
  • Control of milestones, work quality, and execution logic
  • Participation in key decisions on materials, engineering, and technical execution

What you get:
A managed renovation process, less chaos and manual control, a clear timeline, and a more predictable launch.
Why clients work with me
Fewer mistakes, fewer losses, fewer poorly thought-through decisions.
  • On the client's side
I represent the client's interests on the project.
  • Risks spotted early
I help you see weak points in advance
  • Construction + business
I look at the project as more than just a renovation.
  • Clear answers
I explain complex issues in plain language.
Case Studies
Practical results: sound technical decisions, optimized budgets, on-time launches.

About me

For more than 10 years I’ve worked at the intersection of construction, operations, development, and the launch of commercial spaces. I help entrepreneurs and companies get through the hardest stages of fit-out and project delivery without critical mistakes, wasted money, or management chaos.

My experience covers construction project management and facilities operations in national retail chains, site development and lease negotiations, and hands-on work with contractors, estimates, budgets, schedules, and technical issues. I see a project not only as a build, but as a business problem where numbers, risks, deadlines, and the final result all matter.

I’ve worked across the full lifecycle of a commercial space: from operations and construction at adidas and Reebok to leasing, retail network development, and running my own fit-out construction business.

My approach is calm, systematic, and direct. I join a project to give the owner clarity: what to do, in what order, where the real risks are, how to protect the budget, and how to bring the space to a quality result.

I don’t sell the illusion that construction is easy. I help you walk that path soberly, systematically, and with real experience behind every decision. My core job is to be an expert you can rely on — to spot weak points early, prevent serious mistakes, and shape the project into a workable, manageable system.
